Just a couple of quick announcements, including word that the Critical Voter curriculum is now complete. The curriculum includes a complete list of learning objectives, lesson plans and “Check for Understanding” quizzes which can be used to implement material from Critical Voter into classroom study of critical thinking skills. All the material, except for the book itself, are completely free and can be found here.
Speaking of Critical Voter the book (and free stuff), between now and July 19th every Tuesday will be Fre-ebook Tuesday at Amazon where you can download the Kindle version of Critical Voter in its entirety for nada. Just visit the Amazon ebook page for the title on any Tuesday (starting next Tuesday, June 21st) and click the Buy button to “purchase” the title for $0. And if you’re a teacher interested in using Critical Voter materials to teach a class, please contact me about how to get additional copies into students’ hands since I don’t want money to be any hindrance for people who want to teach about this subject at such an important moment.
Now back to what you were doing.
